You receive a limited license to use Lissafi. Lissafi remains the owner and operator of the Service.
Paying for a plan replaces free trial immediately — trial and paid access do not run at the same time.
These Terms apply wherever you use Lissafi — mobile apps and related services. They work together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you obtained the App from an app store, that store’s rules also apply to download, billing, and cancellation on that store.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Lissafi Smart Technologies Limited (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”), operator of Lissafi (the “App” or “Service”).
By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using Lissafi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you use Lissafi on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Lissafi is offered and supported exclusively for use within the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Features, ₦ Naira currency, support, and payment options are designed for Nigerian retail businesses.

To use Lissafi you must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business in Nigeria.
Lissafi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your business.
