Subscription payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card number, bank account details, or payment PIN. We only record your subscription plan, the date of payment, and the transaction status.

Your responsibility: Keep your login credentials private. If you add staff to your LISAFI account, you are responsible for the access level you grant them. We recommend removing staff accounts when an employee leaves.
Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure. If we ever become aware of a data breach that affects your account, we will notify you promptly via the contact details we hold for you.

LISAFI is a business management tool intended for use by adults operating retail businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
If you believe a person under 18 has created a LISAFI account without parental consent, please contact us at hello@lissafi.ng and we will delete that account promptly.
