Deletion is permanent and immediate. Once you confirm, your account and all shop data are removed instantly. This action cannot be reversed. Export your sales history and inventory before proceeding if you need records for future reference.
How to delete your account
Open LISAFI and log in
Launch the LISAFI mobile app. Sign in with your registered phone number and password.
Go to Settings
Tap the menu icon and navigate to the Settings screen.
Find "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen. Tap Delete Account.
Enter your password
Type your current account password to verify it is you.
Type DELETE to confirm
In the final confirmation field, type the word exactly as shown:
DELETE
Tap the Delete My Account button. Your account is removed immediately.
What gets deleted & what is kept
Deleted immediately
- Your account profile (name, phone, email, business details)
- All products and inventory records
- All sales transactions and receipts
- All customer records and debt balances
- All staff accounts linked to your business
- All expense records and financial reports
Retained temporarily
- Payment transaction records — kept for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
- Server backups — purged within 60 days of deletion.
Can't access your account?
If you have lost access to your LISAFI account and cannot follow the in-app steps, contact support directly to request manual deletion. Provide your registered phone number and business name.
